Connie Collier has lived in Fayetteville for over 10 years but is a native of Texas. She is the spouse of a retired military personnel. Connie has been in customer service for over 20 years. She has been with Litchfiled Realty from the ground up; however only in the last 2 years has she been a realtor. Connie decided to become a realtor because she enjoys helping families find their dream homes.

 Lucian Prevatt has lived and worked in Fayetteville for 10 years. He has over 20 years experience in Customer Service and Sales. He became a Real Estate Broker in Fayetteville 4 years ago. He enjoys working with people and that is one of the main reasons he went into Real Estate. During leisure time he likes to spend it with family and friends cooking out and doing outdoor activities enjoying the sun and water.

 Marisol has been a Fayetteville resident since 2005 and has over 12 years of sales and marketing experience. She has been a licensed realtor since 2004. Marisol is a proud army wife, who considers Fort Bragg her second home. She is the Family Readiness Group Leader for 2/82nd AVN and loves to volunteer in the community.
